WPP (WPP) is in discussions to sell Spafax, a provider of in-flight entertainment whose clients include leading airlines, Sky News’ Mark Kleinman reports. The advertising giant is working with bankers on a disposal of the business, which it purchased a quarter of a century ago, with sources telling Sky that WPP is hoping to bring in between GBP50M and GBP75M in a deal.
